Faith's TIJ online inkjet printer is a highly efficient marking solution designed for high-speed production lines. Equipped with an original TIJ2.5 thermal printhead and a quad-core 1.4GHz processor, it achieves high-speed printing of 70 m/min, precisely matching the production line pace of industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and electronics.
The device supports 1-5 lines of variable data printing with a print height of 2-12.7mm. Its 0.8mm precision allows for clear display of information such as QR codes, batch numbers, and production dates. It uses a 42ml quick-drying solvent ink cartridge, which offers strong adhesion and stable color reproduction on a variety of surfaces, including plastic, metal, and glass. The ink also meets environmental standards and food contact requirements.
The 5-inch capacitive touchscreen offers intuitive operation and 25 built-in language packages, including RTL languages like Arabic, adapting to global market demands. Intelligent ink cartridge detection and automatic nozzle cleaning reduce downtime and maintenance. Its modular design allows for easy integration into existing production lines. It supports automatic data synchronization with ERP systems and automates the entire process from order to printing.
