*Single-Pass Printing: unidirectional printing, fast speed, and high efficiency.
*Digital Printing: different from traditional block printing, digital printing is no plate printing. You can arbitrarily change the printing pattern at will, very flexible, convenient, and low cost.

Water-based Ink:
There are two kinds of water-based ink, one is water-based pigment ink, and the other is
water-based dye ink. The two are very different. The water-based pigment can resist
ultraviolet radiation, and it is fadeless and waterproof. Water-based dye can't resist
ultraviolet radiation, and it is not waterproof, which will fade over time.
* These two inks are selected according to your different needs. If you require the ink
to be waterproof and want to keep it for a long time, choose water-based pigment
ink. If you do not require the ink to be waterproof and just want to keep it for a short time,
choose water-based dye ink.
* Water-based ink has 4 colors: C, M, Y, K ( Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black)
* One liter of ink can print 60,000 pieces of A4 paper with 5% coverage

Printing Medium
*Type of Printing Medium:
Water-based ink is used on water-absorbing material, such as on cartons, corrugated
box, pizza box, non-woven fabric, sack, handbag, canvas bag, cotton bag, wood board,
paper, disposable paper cups, egg boxes, etc.
*Thickness of Print Medium:
0-110 mm. The print head can move upward and downward to meet different printing
thickness
Software
The software is developed by ourselves, and our factory can upgrade your software by
remotely controlled in the future.
Packaging
Machines of different models have different dimensions and weights. The packaging
size of the machine with an 80cm conveyor belt is 215*115*105 CM. The weight is
about 250 KG.
Warranty
Two years warranty, not including consumables such as print head and ink.
Print Media Type
Water-based ink can be printed on the surface of water-absorbent materials, such as corrugated boxes, cartons, pizza boxes, white cardboard, kraft paper, paper bags, cardboard, non-woven fabrics, jute bags, canvas bags, cotton bags, disposable paper cups, egg cartons and other materials.
