In the new year, our team ushered in a new quarterly kick-off meeting. This kick-off meeting not only marks the beginning of a new season, but also celebrates the second, third and fifth anniversary birthdays of our employees, which is full of joy and excitement. We jointly set goals for the new season and took an oath in the form of a solemn military order to boost morale and strive for future challenges.
At this kick-off meeting, we held senior birthday celebrations for employees who had their second, third and fifth anniversaries. This is an acknowledgment of their hard work and contribution within the team, as well as a thumbs up for their achievements in their work journey. Through this celebration, we show our care and gratitude to our employees, while also conveying the cohesion and centripetal force of the team.
We then brainstormed and set goals for the new season. Everyone actively participated and put forward their own ideas and suggestions. We realize that a new season means new opportunities and challenges, and we need to greet them with a more positive attitude and new motivation. By setting goals together, we clarify direction and focus, charting a path for the team's development.
In order to strengthen team cohesion and boost morale, we conducted a special ceremony at the launch meeting - reading military orders. Everyone solemnly raised the military order in their hands and solemnly read out their oaths.
