Diferent equipment models come in diferent sizes and weights. Taking a machine with a convevor belt width of 800mm and

 a conveyorbelt length of 2000mm as an example, the packaging size is 215 * 115* 105 centimeters. The weight is approximately

 350 kilograms.

Ink type

There are two types of water-based ink used in the equipment, one is water-based pigment ink, and the other is water-based dye

 ink;The properties of these two are different.

Water-based pigment ink

It has certain waterproof functions, UV resistance, is not easy to fade, and has a long storage time.

Water Dye ink

Water-based dyes are not UV resistant, waterproof, and will fade over time.

The choice of ink is determined based on the customer's needs.

If the customer requires ink to be waterproof, UV resistant, and have a long storage time forprinted images, then they can choose 

water-based piament ink. lf the customer does not havesianificant reauirements for waterproof and UV resistant ink and wants to 

reduce costs,then they can choose water-based dve ink;

There are four basic colors for water-based inks:CMY,K(cyan,magenta, yellow, black);

Taking printing A4 paper as an example, with a coverage rate of 5%, 1 liter of ink can print approximately 60000 sheets.

Printing Medium Type

Waterborne ink can be printed on the suriace of absorbent mateals, such as corrugated boxes, cartons, oizza boxes. white cardboard 

Krat paper paper, paper bags, cardboard, non-woven fabrics, jute bags, canvas bags, cotton bags, disposable paper cups, egg boxesand 

other materials.

The Thickness of the Printing Medium

0-1 10 milimeters. The printing head can be moved up and down to meet different printing thicknesses and other thicknesses can

 be customized.
